Terms and Conditions for Digital Gift Cards

1. Issuance and Validity:

  • Issuance: Digital gift cards are issued by Cha Cha Charms.
  • Validity: Gift cards are valid from the date of purchase and do not expire.
  • No Cash Value: Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

2. Redemption:

  • Online Redemption: Digital Gift cards can be redeemed online at www.chachacharms.com.au
  • Redemption Process: During checkout, the customer will be prompted to enter the digital gift card code.
  • Partial Redemption: Digital Gift cards can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is depleted.
  • Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance after a purchase will be stored on the digital gift card for future use.

3. Restrictions:

  • No Returns or Refunds: Digital Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
